After a frustrating time searching through the Mac forums and googling solutions for what seems to be a simple task I tried a coupoe of App purchases and got skunked twice. Then I foiund this and Im really glad I did. Its so simple and so clean and so easy, even I ( a guy who converted from Pc to Mac yesterday) can use it!!

I took a bunch of surfing video on my GoPro and knew from pausing the clips in iMovie that there were some great stills to be had…..now thatnsk to you I can bore all my facebook friends to death with pics of me catching some sweet lines.
