Not what I was expecting but it’s OK

I purchased this to batch convert videos for an art project. It is not very userfriendly on how to start the conversion or where the conversion is in the process. I was expecting the batch process feature to look like the app’s website’s screenshots, and it was not. I had to open the export folder to see where the app was at… and it wasn’t clear when it was moving onto another clip or how to pause it.
Actualy, as of this writing, it was re-doing the same clip.

There is no help file or faq or instructions, which made this maddening!

Other than that, I really like how quick this extracted frames, and that you can really fine tune settings.

Sorry to give it just 1 star - but instructions and a better interface are needed.
